OMG ... what a change in his face ... I mean body too, obviously, but I wouldn't recognize him in the 3rd pic. Good for him, I guess, as long he stays healthy, only kudos for the dedication.

He looks so much older to me in the first picture. I think I actually like his middle pic look best. His torso just looks odd to me in third pic. Maybe it's the angle?

I agree. I actually prefer how he looks in the middle picture....a big, beefy teddy bear. Now he just looks like a typical body builder...which I am never really a fan of. Too much maintenance.

Is it just me or does he look like RS in that first picture...with a little more hair?

I prefer the middle pic as well and I'm usually all for the guys with the abs on this show. Ben Z looked better with a fuller face and the weight loss did away with that. He's just one of those guys who looks better with more weight.

In Ben's case I think he just did it for the challenge to see if he could. I think a lot of guys are that way. I also thought I read that he doesn't plan to continue this but go back to more moderation.

I feel the same way whenever I see girls taking part in the fitness bikini competitions...it just doesn't look good. I get that it's not even necessarily about aesthetics, more about seeing what your body is capable of so good for him!
