They don't usually do a planned C on a Sunday, those are usually just emergencies literally as they have to call in whole teams(anesthesia, ob, peds etc). IDK. Maybe she is just being admitted? Were her last deliveries C-sects?

Maybe a planned induction, not necessarily a c-section? Anyway, best wishes. I became a great auntie last night of a new nephew! I wonder if they decided to be surprised on the sex of their baby.

It's a boy per Tyler's brother IG instavideos.  His name is austinj40.  Its not private.  He shows the baby and Ricki too. If its against the rules to post family names, please delete.

Tyler also posted a couple of videos, but doesn't say what it is.  I guess the Johnson boy DNA is strong. Tyler has 3 brothers and now has 3 sons.
