I still have the likes. But occasionally when I refresh for a second I have the bar show up.

When I posted my comment I was on my PC. I'm now mobile and both my iPad and iPhone show the like button. Like I said, life is weird. Lol

For me, it's the other way round. On my PC it shows the like button, on my iPhone it shows the bar.

Similar here, I see the like button on my Mac, but the bar on my iPad. I'm using the same browser, Safari, for both.
