Yep. If you look at flights from Shreveport to San Diego today they all run from Shreveport to Houston to (LAX), (Seattle), (Salt Lake City) then to SanDiego. None thru Dallas. None of those places have ice.
possibly Schreveport thru Dallas to LA

Maybe but I couldn't find any flights that did that as one flight with layovers. Again maybe I am barking up a weird tree here...

As of 3pm .. All flights in/out of Dallas/Ft Worth .. Over 400 in/out .. Have been canceled

A plane spun off the runway in LaGuardia(NYC) this afternoon(no severe injuries), so maybe all airports with questionable weather are taking extra precautions.
