NHL is on NBC and had a fairly bad breakup with Disney/ABC/ESPN when ESPN decided to dump hockey completely. Not sure ABC has anything complimentary from the NHL. Now the arena maybe, since they are not always the same thing, but the NHL would probably laugh at D/A/E asking for anything free.

I don't know if they want their lead seen going out to watch a hockey game instead of their own show when they are trying to keep up the ratings...

^^They won't need to get them free- they can pay for them (and should). They could be upper tier seats and they'd still be in the house (one year our family bought very expensive World Series ticket - not good seats... but chalked it up to the experience- and told the kids we were spending their inheritance to do so). TPTB can pay several thousand bucks for damage control, it will show up as a rounding error on their Income statement. So I say, make it happen. As far as future penalties for K and her F1.... they will have to hand over their phones to their handler (s) except for prescribed SM posts.
