Every filming is extremely grueling. (I have heard the HTD's especially)
I have heard that the Meat and Geek can run from beginning to finish in the neighborhood of 10-12 hrs.
We often see the M&G rejects leaving the mansion as the sun comes up. RC's alone often take a couple hours at least.

OK magazine is the least reliable when it comes to The Bachelor. It's the same one that reported he had a girlfriend before leaving for the show - a random girl that he took a pic with at the Taylor Swift concert
