Geez and I can't even do 8 minutes on my Little Tony Gazelle that I just bought. Well I could only do 2 minutes when I first got it. Maybe I'll be dropping weights and going for a run after I get to 15 minutes? laugh out loud

He looks great, that's for sure. Very fit.

Nick looks in fantastic shape! I like that he seems is more outdoorsy athletic per his snapchats and likes to have fun with working out.
Nick's actually the kind of guy I would prefer to have do workout videos, tips, meal plans, etc., than the usual personal trainer types. yes

IMO Nick has the best physique and is the most fit looking guy in Bach/B'Ette history.

He would look great running in a commercial....advertising fitness shoes, clothing, whatever. :yes:

Nick has always been athletic (didn't he run in college or something?) so it would be nice if he got a running/athletic related commercial or something.

I'd love to see him running on the beach this summer on BIP but sadly there are no gals I think who would be his type that are likely to be there....

This is the type of physique that I like....not the bulging biceps with bulging veins popping out all over them. Long and lean. Obviously fit, but not in your face working out four hours per day eating a dozen egg whites and boiled chicken. Bring it on Nick!

Definitely long and lean, but Nick is still working out more hours per day than most people with jobs have time for.

Nick had a great physique even when he was full-time with SalesForce so he obviously found the time then as well.

From what I can gather, Nick's age combined with his prior fitness level, Nick would only need to do 1 hour/day max HIT (high intensity training) to maintain what he already has. Time-wise, 1 hour/day max is very doable even in the most demanding of jobs considering prior fitness level.
