From  What I have read on the boards it was a matter of days after he was allegedly been eliminated that the cleanup was done.  That's very quick to be over someone and getting set to take on a potential lead opp. Jmo that all these contestants say what they need to from the cue cards. Obs he could have just cleaned up without lead aspirations. Which personally I tend towards but most on the board are convinced otherwise.


If he was eliminated at f4 which is still tbd.

Sometimes the fans/audience puts more weight on the F4 or even F3 spot than the cast person or lead actually does. 
We see them get a lot of tv face time, but in reality the connection may not be much more that a prolonged MOT person unless they are being considered for the next lead: Ben, Sean.

If it was indeed the Jo's show and he could see that, I think it would help him and the others move on, possibly quicker than normal.  I personally can't say how quickly one should move on, especially after returning to normal life after all they endure in the bubble... Everyone's different and should be allowed to move on at their own pace.  But IMO, reality normally slaps them in the face and they realize really quickly, even though they spent weeks being told and thinking differently, that they were indeed never a good match.  

At this point, I still think he's F4 and after him being at the ABC booth with Millsy during Country fest, I do indeed think he was and is still at/towards the top of their list of potentials for next lead.  I have seen nothing to indicate differently.  

And if I was him, I'd have wanted to remove some of the questionable pics and likes as quickly as possible before all the bach nation crazy fans and all started looking at it.  Probably should've done it before he left. And again IMO, that has nothing to do with any feelings he may have had for Jojo.  Guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.  JMOAA.

I guess I don't see what one has to do with the other. He was off the show at that point (most likely), either through his choice or JoJo's. So they tell him we might want you for the next lead, just as they have done with every other lead. The SM cleanup is a good idea regardless, why does it negate any previous feelings? In addition, I would expect someone with more life experience to be able to put an experience like this in perspective s lot faster. I didn't buy Jared as still in love with Kaitlyn or Marcus as still hung up on Andi. If Luke realized fast after being let go that life does and should move on, Good For Him!

IF you want to believe RS, he said in his speedcast that he thought that Luke had a 90% chance of being the next bachelor with Chase having a 10% chance unless social media patterns change. I guess we will see in the upcoming episodes who gets more facetime. I think it probably will be Chase. IMO, The tide did turn for JoJo during the last few episodes.

so he was spotted reactivating his IG on april 28 but do we know when the cleanup occured?

For me I do see a man who saw first hand the damage of tabloids (episode 5). I think he is a very smart guy and saw immediately the damage this could result for friends, family and ex-GF. If he cleaned silly IG at the same time, it shows that at that time, he did not think it was funny to share. Do I think it is the only reason, probably not.

Luke being (possibly) F4 knew full well the exposure he would have going that far. There is nothing wrong for me about this cleanup IG

And if he decided to accept the driver seat and become next bach for exposure and have a potential partner/GF/fiancé at the end. They all do that and Luke is no exception... and I am fine with that if the lead looks genuine and handsome, which Luke is in my eyes

JMO but I have a feeling the handlers might suggest to any possible lead candidates right before they are going home to gussy up their internet personas. (clean, sanitize, etc.) 
What the cast then chooses to do or to not do, is up to them. I have seen cast do the editing/clean up drill for seasons prior to airing, starting with Jesse C.

Another thing to remember with Luke coming out of the bubble, I wonder if he is going to react as many others would. With his military background, he has gone through prifessional debriefing. He coukd have utilized thise tools he had gained when coming out of this bubble. IMHO, that just might have given him a slight advantage on his return to RL.

I can't wait for this bachelorette season to be over.  I'm so over Jojo and Jordan's antics.  What a joke.  A lead that is so desperate to the extent of begging a cheater for reassurance. The next bachelor please........Luke, Luke and Luke

I know someone said that jordan has one too but I am thinking that Luke is in Tennessee Texas and odgers are in L.A...... Jordan lives half of his time in LA so quite easy to get one but Luke???? Luke's cap looks brand new

AND he was still wearing the same cap with James and Wells yesterday...
