I believe the next Bachelor will be Richie unless he doesn't want the gig for whatever reason/s. He is F3 (the lead sweet spot), has the "marriage material" edit (and Sam Frost edit for that matter too) is viewer favorite and media has been [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and will have the "heartbreak Heather" exit. The response by viewers and media is like Ben H all over again. It's Richie's to lose. JMO

No news that I know of but there are updates in Richie's thread of what he's been up to.

i read somewhere that someone applied to be on the show and it said that filming would be in February. But since Richie has been active on instagram maybe he isn't the next Bachelor?

Don't know if it means preparation or filming has started. I think filming starts the first week of March.
