I mean, they get Kareem which is pretty freakin' cool.

I'm probably alone but I'm a sports fanatic so I'm all for the sports related dates.

I like basketball a lot. I like a lot of sports.
I keep hoping foolishly the formula might be mixed up a little. Just a wee bit.

Ok that's pretty cool. Just a sports date with a basketball legend. 

I do wish they'd change things up but by now I'm resigned to the same old same old.

It's a good thing Rachel likes sports because IMO that date would happen no matter what, so it's not like it was planned just for her. If one of the guys played basketball then maybe.

On Bach Canada one of the group dates was playing hockey at a local rink, but the lead was a hockey player. It's a little more believable if it ties into the lead or the players IMHO.

Didn't Kareem just write a whole entire essay sh*tting on the bachelor and it's premise recently?

I wonder who will get that I on I date later? Would that be the 3rd episode date?

What season was that GA?  The only hockey time that I have in the Bach Can charts was season 2 with Trish's HTD(I remember sleuthing out that rink).  I kept charts and details on all dates for both seasons so wondering if I really goofed?



On another note....if last night was the start of the season, then the schedule could work and the basketball date would be in epi 3 considering today would be a day off....since we didn`t see the tell tale signs on fleiss`s twitter, then IMO, the filming would start on Thursday the 16th, Fri would be an off day, then the Monday date would work out right as being the last group date before the RC.

What a dilemma that would be!   All it would take is for TPTB tell her before hand, that he's thinking of leaving. If his team looses, give him some special time, otherwise he just might walk out.

Oops, @Aunties_Love yes, Trish's one on one date. The date was tied into the lead's real life which I enjoyed.

Better yet: I can see TPTB doing to Rachel the exact type of thing she was not for--making her spend time with the losing team regardless of how she feels.
This is the show. Pick your battles. If there aren't any, bet your bottom dollar TPTB will make some for you.

I enjoyed that too....I was thinking I was missing something there so thanks for that. LOL. In any case, hope they plan more dates that would suit the lead. Something new would be nice for a change....

Yes, this is what I was thinking Kasha. The producers would make her do it whether she wanted to or not just to cause drama and maybe to give her a little taste of her own medicine.
