If what is reported is true, that's super dumb. I'm sure this stuff is uncomfortable to watch and all, but producer-person -- you signed up to produce BIP. It's about people who hook up on a beach. What did you expect?

ETA: Also, I really really want to hope that the fact that Corinne is white at DeMario is black didn't play into why the producer didn't "approve" of their hookup, but I worry that's not the case.... That said, if there really is an actual lawsuit, it should be public.

I feel sorry for Lacey. She worked so hard to get on the show, got eliminated in the first episode (or so it seems) and now that won't air either. laugh out loud

Looks like a producer of the show is suing the show for what occurred between DeMario and Corinne.
Not sure why the producer is the one doing this if it was consensual?
Unless it wasn't consensual and no memory? (thus review of footage).. but then I'd think it wouldn't be the producer suing but a contestant?

Something doesn't add up...

I just spoke to a source who says he knows why "Bachelor in Paradise" was just cancelled. Here we go:

On the first day of production, Sunday, DeMario and Corinne got extremely drunk, per my source.

Corinne came up to DeMario at the bar and kissed him. They proceeded to the pool, where they got naked.

From this point forward, things turned into "soft core porn." They did not have sex. But it was very raunchy.

The following day, Monday, a producer who witnessed this hook-up did not show up to work.

According to my source, this producer went on to sue the production for misconduct over what she witnessed between DeMario and Corinne.

DeMario and Corinne were both shown footage of their hookup during their interviews in the days following their rendezvous.

I will report more as I have it.

We don't know what act specifically was being done. We don't know how exposed that act was.
Josh and Amanda were under covers. Key word under covers. Even Samantha and Joe were hidden under water.
In the boom boom room is the camera on auto?

Based on the Corinne and DeMario pool behavior that sounds right up BIP's alley. Weird that a producer would sue....has she seen this show before? I don't understand how C & D displayed misconduct....it seems like what production hopes for. This show is about drinking and sex and bad behavior IMO.

Very strange....there must be more to the story to cancel production IMO.

The whole thing doesn't really make sense to me, Chad and Lacey literally did the same thing in the pool last season. So why now?

Honestly this lawsuit seems frivolous AF. Like, if watching drunk people f*ck consensually (at this point there's been no allegations that it wasn't consensual) is too much for your virgin eyes, you probably shouldn't be producing reality tv IMO. All JMO.
