I really do think they are trying so hard to underplay That Matty fell for Tara early. I think she has him at Hello, on the red carpet. Love at first conversation. Maybe maybe in my wishful thinking.
She is memorable not only on the red carpet but the CP.
Very sus that love is mentioned on descriptions for Elise and Laura being on TB but not Tara's.
She is obviously his favourite.
They can try and hide his feelings for her on air, but they can't undo the fact that he chooses and prefers to take Tara on as many dates as he can! TPTB can creat scandal with Elora, distraction with Leah and Jen, Doubt with Laura looking like GL and the paper perfect Elise but to me his interaction with Tara is paramount.

Laura is the one who need affirmation with Matty.
But it's Tara that Matty seeks affirmation abt her sincerity in all this.. he asks, not jus once but twice, do u really mean that? once when he takes her to the Moroccan themed date and again when he is leaving her HTV.

They even for some strange reason shuffle the camel date and only show it AFTER the group date when it really occurred befor.
The episode 9 starts with the girls sitting on the floor talking, it's evening. It's IMO AFTER the camel date and Tara is updating them on her date.. Elora says she has TWO CARDS but then proceeds to only read One, the group date.
Or it's the night befor and Elora reads both cards but they dnt show the second card being read and Tara's date and discussion abt her to alert the viewers just wat a strong connection there is for their fav funny girl.

They air the group date first and thus start playing the dark horse card. So after Elise's date starts to create some doubt in our mind, they continue with Tara's date.

Both Flo and Laura can be seen in the same clothes as they wear in the next shot halfway through the episode. When the girls say they are busy having breakfast when they hear the strange noises outside. It's a camel! Anyway Tara goes on her date with no build up or BIG discussion abt Tara being the favourite. Just a small comment from Flo IM and angry Jen.

The reason I say the camel date is befor the group date is because for the group date matty wears a grey polo shirt. He does his itms after the groupdate but also discusses his date with Tara.. and how beautiful she is inside and out.... and he discusses the date.

Episode 10 we are distracted by Jen, and he can't have every date with Tara so he takes a breather and in episode 11 he picks Tara again despite everyones emotions being pretty much out there.

I must add the way he let Cobie go and also didn't have a private word with Flo, that seemed cold. But it was also pretty terrible the way Flo made a big scene abt him holding her hand. She was def there to add some sauciness to the series.

And the last comment I want to make abt Tara is that in the post abt how only one girl came out of this with Matty and all the girls except for Laura where shown with a mate!!!
those pics didn't accurately display the real friendships in the house.
Tara is sitting with Flo but Laura was more of a bestie to Flo.
But by leaving Laura out they implied she came out with Matty.
Tara was friendly with everyone but her besties wer nat, Sian and Steph.
