The Canadian is actually an extra. In the extra casting call they asked folks to wear clothes from their favorite nation.

Also, here's a video of the entertainment during the first day taken from the audience.  You can see the many of the cast members among the audience in front of him.  At 2:40 you see the guy from Australia, who's pretty tall, lift the girl from Japan on his shoulders.

Was there anyone else from Canada but the two Kevin's?  I  am surprised that there are no women from Canada there.

Not even the two Kevins @Aunties_Love - it's Kevin W and Benoit.  No-one else yet announced so seems that's our lot.  I don't think anyone has drawn up a list yet - I may get chance over the weekend but if anyone else has time, go for it.
