@mindless IMO, that's what makes it so unfortunate all around. Corinne feels victimized. Demario feels victimized. Any chance Demario has a legitimate legal gripe? To the lawyers here, could Demario sue for the producers allegedly allowing a non-consensual encounter to take place between two vulnerable people?

Seems to me that Demario is taking ownership of his drunken actions and not blaming anyone ....Corinne isnt.

Sad reality is that the one that was trying to protect Corinnes " virtue" giggling is the one responsible for making her latest escapades so public. If dealt with privately, no one would be the wiser, as very little of what happened could be aired ... now its all out there for all to read ... and someday the video might be released too .

In the article above a source claims the producers weren't allowing Corinne to drink the following day and she seemed frustrated by that. To me that kind of implies that they knew she'd gone overboard the previous night, and also that she probably didn't remember what had happened if she wanted to keep drinking. As much as I dislike Corinne, I don't think she's straight up lying about not remembering. She probably remembers things from earlier on, but after a certain point nothing and is just relying on things she's been told/shown. I'm not surprised she feels like a victim, since she probably does even when she chips a nail, but that doesn't mean she is one from any kind of legal point of view. JMO.

Sooo many stories and sources. If that one is true, IMO, Corinne is probably the one that crossed the line. Why would they let DeMario (the "attacker/instigator") drink, but not the "victim"? All JMO.

Is anyone actually calling Demario an attacker though? Just because Corinne feels victimised for whatever reason, probably just because she doesn't remember and thus doesn't remember if she gave consent, doesn't mean he necessarily did anything wrong if he was drunk himself. He probably just wasn't totally out of it by the end of the night like Corinne, so that's why they weren't worried about his drinking. Or he hadn't even asked for any alcohol at that point, since it was daytime. JMO.

I'm sure they were already tired of her shenangins. They were probably waiting for CH to come cart her off a'la Chad last season.

But she went from being "blackout" drunk to wanting to drink again? I've never been that wasted before but on my worst hangover I wouldn't have wanted anything to drink again!! She's that wasted and is pissed she can't drink, makes no sense at all.

Sounds like alcoholic behavior. Which is insanity. 2nd step.

My doctor asked me: "Does anyone in your family suffer from mental illness?" My answer:"No they all enjoy it immensely."

Unfortunately it may be next to impossible for anyone to prove that Corinne was not blacked out based upon the footage as people who blackout while drinking alcohol can appear fully lucid and just not have functional memory formation capability. This means that Corinne could have been fully functional physically but not able to make new memories of her actions. This would lead to her ability to engage in sexual acts of any kind and completely not remember it a number of hours later. And this can happen to someone after just a few drinks.
