Rachel finally saw the light, I hope. He's a nice man, he's fine, nothing too amazing or too bad, he just doesn't want you "in that way" beyond a girlfriend. It's okay.

Peter is such a player - not willing to actually commit, but keeping women on the hook by giving them false hope. I don't even know if he's doing it intentionally, but he's definitely doing it. IMO.
