Bachelor 22 - Arie Luyendyk Jr - General Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

It would be nice if with them bringing Arie onboard, it means a direction back to the beginning when we did see a love story and not the drama nonsense of recent seasons. I adored watching him on Emily's season and my heart ached for him at the end. Can't wait til Jan 1!!

@KK4 I agree i hope they show more of a love story with him! i think he deserves that he seems to be more open with his heart than i have seen with some of the guys on this franchise...
though it will be interesting to see if Arie can hide his emotions with his fave girl or if he just lets loose and is open with his heart? i hope he lets loose and kisses the girl of his dreams like he did with emily.. Another thing i liked about emilys season is that chris harrison was involved so much more i really liked how emily and chris spoke before rose ceremony's it really showed me how the bachette is feeling and i also like the videos the guys made for emily.....i wish they would bring that back..jmo

Did the rerun of her series include the ATFR where we found out that he flew to Charlotte to leave his journal for her?

Yes, I agree and that is how I felt.  I got very caught up in the way that Arie romanced Emily and the way he kissed her.   He caresses and envelopes a woman and uses his hands.  Very sensual without being trashy or OTT and a prelude of what is to come.  Who woulda thunk a nerdy racecar driver could do that?  I would melt that of course is JMO.  The way he always offered his jacket and would pull her in close in that protective way of his I always liked.  Conversation is equally important but the way a man kisses and holds you is essential if romance is going to happen.  Arie has that down...

The past seasons have been so fraught with drama and the ugliness on SM, my wish for this season is to just get lost in romance on Monday nites.  I am trying to stay positive that Arie can summon that romantic side of himself again and feel it for his F1.  If he has to sift through some crazies to get there, that's okay as long it happens towards the end.

I watched the yahoo promo and something jumped out at me.

Arie looks so happy and appreciative to be there. He looks like he is enjoying his time and grateful for this opportunity. I love that.

When he scoops Sienne up (I think it is Sienne) and tells her "that was amazing" you can feel the joy in his personality that he puts forth.

Other than the usual drama that MF must have and Arie saying painful goodbye to the girls he lets go, I hope we continue to see this fun and exuberant Arie

I agree!!! The essence of Arie is a joyful uplifting spirit, and I pray we see that on his journey. Based on the pictures, he showed who he really is.

RS doesn't know the outcome now--those that sleuth, I hope y'all will continue!

Lol, he KNOWS who won yet he posted the finale spoiler of Bachelor Canada instead! No, he's not sure cause the girls aren't spilling just yet. So much for having the results before Thanksgiving. This site has uncovered enough that his spoilers are pretty irrelevant at this point, anyway. IMO.

RS is not always right. Remember the two spoilers last season? This board would have sleuthed the correct f1 without him anyway. We sleuthers always sleuth until the fat lady sings!

It's still too early to tell now but now I say, let's start watching the feet for possible SHV.

RS knows that Peter, Brooks and Chantal all won and had Thanksgiving dinner last night with Arie and family. RS got left at home eating spam and flying his kite.
