Looks like they found a place and signed a lease. Nice of them to have a place that's both of theirs after staying in Joe's DWTS apartment and then Kendall's apartment in LA since.

Great looking apartment.
IMO Kendall&Joe are proof that compatibility over-rides all else. Their relationship grew during DWTS, while Joe travelled for the DWTS tour, after they both appear to have changed the way they earn income, while vacationing together. Over the past year their lives have changed dramatically but they remain strong as a couple.
IMO things like DWTS, career limbo, moving to LA are just things. K&J have partnership compatibility because they can adapt as a unit.
