There’s been plenty of people who dislike the dress. I’ve seen it on social media, article comment sections, other forums, etc.

The mesh really distracts from the dress, especially the part on the neckline. It’s not delicate enough or the right color.

I agree. The illusion panel does take away from the overall appearance at the bustline and on the sides, IMO. Too.

I do not think it was too revealing because Lauren is not heavily endowed, IMO. The beading is intricate and lovely without the stick on pantyhose looking distraction. Still the venue was amazing and lovely, her hair, makeup were. Perfection , the rings, most of the dress, the reception table settings - all classy and lovely and the groom looked quite dashing so all in all BIG WIN, WELL DONE. IMO

I don’t know why I thought the sheering was the color of the dress. I just checked more photos and realize it’s a flesh or beige kind of color?
I thought it looked bad when it was all one color, but, IMO it looks likes the kind of thing on skaters costumes and is worse than what I initially imagined.
It would have been perfect without these sheer areas. The siides look
worse to me than the neckline. Tacky on what would have been otherwise, IMO a gorgeous gown.
I don’t get the styling of this at all.

Some people might not like the dress but others love it . They are already designing her dress for others to be able to copy at a lower cost .

I think she looked stunning and the wedding venue was just gorgeous.JMO

That's life, not everyone is going to like the dress. You win some! you lose some!
Does not affect the quality of their marriage when all is said and done. My wedding cake was like a rock, I was so embarrassed and I have been happily married for 21 years.

Yes the designer is getting a lot of interest and inquiry about the dress and she calls it the Lauren Dress.  Last night, I noticed that another designer had reproduced it. Bottom line:at this point,  they have beaten the odds and are now happily married and in love, with a baby on the way. Even if she wore a sack, it wouldn't have mattered.  Even the Duchess of Sussex's dress was broadly and savagely criticized everywhere. Sadly, that is the SM world we live in. All my opinion

I don’t like the dress either but the truth is: does it really matter people like it or not? Arie and Lauren look happy and that’s all that matters, IMO. I am just glad to witness another bachelor/bachelorette wedding, and that’s why I watch this show!

I'll probably never like this couple but at this point they look happy and are having a baby so wish them well. I didn't love her dress but my dress didn't stand up well over time so guess I can't talk.

I like her dress ... as a dress ... not as a wedding gown though. I’m definitely more on the conservative side and think of a wedding as something that should be treated with respect and a dress should be at least modest as far as cleavage goes to each their own I guess. I’m so happy for them though ... and they look very much in love

There are endless choices of wedding gown styles - as seen on "Say Yes To the Dress". IMO each bride should feel beautiful and special in her chosen gown, be it a modest style or #GrownSexy. 

Many were shocked by the gown Barbara Bush wore at her October 2018 wedding. The bodice dipped down almost to the top of her nipples with side boobage exposed in most of the pics. Yet her grandfather (former President George HW Bush) and father (former President George W. Bush) beamed proudly by her side.  Lauren's dad looked quite happy escorting her down the aisle as well.

Both couples look to be very much in love IMO. 

@FLChica IMO that dress was hideous.  Vera Wang sheets basted and strung on her body.   To each his own.
