The announcement sets the stage to welcome an all-new cast of racers to the starting line, as they push themselves out of their comfort zones in a non-stop, action-packed race. The most-watched Canadian series of the year, THE AMAZING RACE CANADA is currently available for customized and wholly integrated brand partnership opportunities.

@GuardianAngel Yay! I love this show and I think the Canadian version is even better than the US version.

@Sprite I love it too! It's the most watched Canadian show on CTV. I hadn't seen any tweets recently from Jon, (don't know what made me think of that last night) so I checked to see if there was an air date announced yet.

He's probably filming now.

My hubby and his friend made it past the second stage in the casting process. It was a really cool experience for him!

Amazing Race Canada

The Amazing Race Canada is looking for new teams with a story to share about what has given them the confidence to take on an amazing adventure. Fans and aspiring racers with stories of strength, determination, and perseverance are invited to pair up with someone they know – a friend, sibling, parent, partner, or anyone else they share a relationship with – and submit an audition for the opportunity to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime expedition.

The gist of the casting questions centered around how overcoming adversity made you stronger... So I assume that is the theme they are editing towards. Can’t wait to see who was all picked!

In the twitter comments someone says, great, they are planning a visit to Toronto this summer. ? I wonder if some of the filming was in TO. My son see's filming all the time in TO I'm going to ask him to keep his eye out. Also, @DylanPlayfair on twitter says he's still waiting for him and @@AndrewHerr1 to get the green light. Andrew appears to be his coach. I would think they are already filming and they applied but didn't get on? I wish I had time to sleuth this!
