Same so weird, Even though this show changes some things they still stay pretty on point with the editing choices. I noticed quite a few times that the editing stayed true to form... hmmm.

OK I have to say Joey is my favorite. I wouldn't mind seeing him as the Bach.
I like Xavier also, and Caleb the physician. Haven't seen enough of Dotun to decide and I am not real crazy about Aaron so far. I think Brayden means well but he is young and giddy...but good for Charity's confidence. I want to watch out for Tanner, my hometown guy, not so much to see as yet but he goes to the F6 and Charity is shown complementing him (forgot her exact comment) The guy I was sorry to see go was Joe (who she was screaming with!) Maybe they just didn't click, but I was curious about him and also James whose mom wrote the letter.

She was totally signaling to him to kiss her...she snuggled all up to him and put her head on his shoulders, but he seemed distracted by the cameras and didn't make his move.

She seems to have a really good group of guys. Lots of great careers and I think this is the tallest group ever!

I found it very interesting that Dotun and Charity apparently never talked during Night 1. I was originally thinking "There's the hidden F1 or F2" but not that she wouldn't have sought him out.

First, I didn't see the entire show, and given the later hour, I think that's going to be a theme for me this season!    

Charity did a great job, and she looked lovely. Her dress and wrap were outstanding. Her family is wonderful. Overall, I loved the warmth of the first episode, including her family members, good wishes from former bachelorettes, etc. Putting her brother in as bartender was cute, although it might have been more useful later in the season when the drama starts to go down. I loved the editing as well.

Of the F4, my first impressions:

Xavier -- total husband material. He was my favorite of the F4. I think he has the right blend of geeky seriousness and relatability.
Joey G. -- a very cute and nice guy. I think he is a great addition to BN. I'm not getting F1 vibes off of him, however.
Aaron B. -- I tried not to let what we already know about him affect my opinion too much, *but* -- to me he comes off a little too slick.
Dotun -- He has a nice family, and a good background story. But I'm on the fence about him so far. What the heck is an "integrative medicine specialist"? I thought he was a personal trainer. If he works as a part of an integrative medicine practice, then okay. But otherwise, I find that designation to be a bit dubious.

I also enjoyed:

James -- I loved the cider and donuts, and the letter from his mom was adorable. If I were in Charity's shoes, I'd be taking a closer look at him.
Caleb A. -- a well-spoken doctor. What's not to like?
Caleb B. -- the long haired wrestler. He seems the type that would potentially be a great addition to Paradise.

And then there was:

Brayden -- would do well to learn discretion. Too young, maybe?
Spencer -- as a teacher, I was wondering what his deal is. Something is definitely going on there, but I don't think it fits neatly under any one umbrella.

Love the recap Amethyst! Basically agree with you on all fronts although I could do without Caleb B. But he is definitely BIP material. And Joey would make a very popular bachelor

Anyone else surprised that they didn't show more of Warwick given that he is going to get an early one on one?

This was strange to me too especially since he was the last one out the limo and the tallest guy in the bunch.
