I was under the impression that Ashley had a "couple months" left in order to actually graduate dental school and that they allowed her to "walk" for graduation ceremony. Generally, a program will not allow you to "walk" for graduation unless you are very close in the graduation process--years away from graduating would not qualify.
As far as transferring schools, U Penn is an Ivy league school, a very good school. She has a lot invested at this point, I can not possibly see a reason she would transfer.

I agree, I think she only has a few more months and those are probably clinical/practice, not didactic months anyway, so they should be much, much easier to fulfill. As for transferring, it's extremely hard to transfer professional/graduate schools because they all have slightly different requirements, etc. If F1 is really the right guy, I'm sure he can wait a few months or at most a year before they are able to live together wherever. And if she's with either JP or Ames, it's really not a big deal at all to travel from Philly to NYC or vice verse weekly.

Would be pretty easy to meet during the off time if she is with JP or Ames :giggle:
