Eric's first date is week 6 in Denmark. Switzerland is his last chance to get a 2nd 1-1. I'm questioning maybe Eric has the 1-1 date - tour of Old Town Geneva, and Dean is on the group date and gets the rose.

As we know, and RS admits, he has big gaps in his spoilers. I don't think he knows. He did say yesterday we will have to wait and see, and he is not emphatically saying that he 100 percent knows this season that his spoiler is right. He doesn't have any details for Spain (no pics) and only Peter's date in Switzerland, The other 2 1-1's could be ???. #TeamEric #ItsMiracleSeason

That's actually an interesting question. I'm not up on the stats. Did Chris Soules get two 1-1 dates? I remember the first one but I don't recall a second, but then I also don't recall if Marcus got two 1-1s either. I didn't watch most of Kaitlyn's season and have forgotten Jojo's also.

Well, maybe if we go with her slow burn comment, Eric gained ground during the Hometown date and that's why he leapfrogged Dean?

I have no idea about past F4's but Dean definitely got a 2nd 1-1 date in Switzerland according to approx 3:39 mark in this season preview - you can see them greeting each other with her jumping up towards him:

IMO it does seem a little weird that Dean got a 2nd 1-1 over Eric yet gets eliminated before him. I'm curious to see why Rachel makes that decision. Then again Corinne never got a 1-1 and made it to F4 over DLo, Dani M AND Kristina, so who knows

I am intrigued by Eric and like him (his slightly hot temper ways just makes him more interesting to me and I can understand getting frustrated when others are so condescending towards you & in that environment, and I got even more clarity now with the video @Dessler posted). This will be an interesting ride because honestly, while I am more drawn to Peter and Dean personally, I like all of Rachel's F4 and think they are all hot so it's going to be fun!

Oh thanks. Sorry, I watched the ATFR but didn't remember what he said, just them dancing together which was cute!

I must admit Eric's hash tag #ItsMiracleSeason" is very, very interesting. Makes me wonder how would it be a miracle to him ... unless Rachel actually chose him and they fell in love?? Would he think it a miracle to make it to final three only to have his heartbroken...hmmmm

I consider this season to be officially unspoiled. RS practically admitted he doesn't know and we'll have to wait and see on August 7. He has no pics or video of the final week. We know Bryan and Peter got htds. Is there a pic of Dean's htd? The only thing we know about Switzerland is the date with Peter. A lot of unknowns about that episode as well as overnights and final week. It was almost like Eric was kept "hidden" until April 26 when all of a sudden RS tweeted about the htd filming right then in Baltimore (I called my son right away to get down there and take pics - he lives in Baltimore

) and he put up the pic from Denmark 1-1 date. Up until that point, we didn't even know Eric had a 1-1 date in episode 6, much less a htd. For that reason and more, it's enough to say something's serious with Eric they don't want us to know. hmm..

I would die laughing if Eric ends up being the F1 after all the SM mess over Peter/Bryan.

Since it is not 100% confirmed that he was out at F3, here are my three clues for Eric as F1:

1. Her post about 'favorite personal trainer' after filming which many interpreted back then was a shout-out to Peter applies to Eric as well.

2. His video upthread where he talks about rejection. I find it odd that he would go around liking so many pics of him/Rachel, follow a 'Team Eric' IG account and hashtag #itsmiracleseason on every post. It's possible that he is just promoting himself but from the last episode, he came across as someone who wasn't interested in being there if he was just a MOT guy so

3. He fits the 'slow burn' clue and there has to be interest on Rachel's part IMO if she kept him around till F3 atleast over other guys like Will, Josiah and Alex even though things were rough with Eric in the house. She was very complimentary towards him in her Episode 3 blog.

I think he has a 1% chance of being F1 but still.

As much fun as watching Kenny suplex Lee in a kiddie pool was, getting opinions from the squad on the guys was the real highlight of the day for me. In their eyes, Dean might not have been their favorite at After the Final Rose, but on this date he redeemed himself. While Eric, who used to be their favorite, was now being questioned. Going into that evening, I knew that Eric and I would need some real valuable time.

When it came time for the after party the big thing that stood out was my conversation with Eric. I know some people may be surprised that I gave my rose to a man who had just questioned how seriously I was taking this journey, but I actually respected his candidness.

When I started going on group dates during Nick’s season, group dates were extremely difficult for me. Like Eric, I was skeptical that group dates could lead to an engagement, and it took time for me to realize they absolutely held opportunities to make real progress. Hearing Eric question the journey and my choices is the exact kind of direct conversation real couples have to undergo. Eric and I had an issue that we disagreed on, but we discussed said issue like adults, listened to each other and resolved this issue. These are the exact open and candid conversations I want to have in my relationships. Eric got the rose for challenging me, listening to me and keeping it 100.

I find Eric refreshing, he isn't afraid to voice his vulnerabilities and is as real and as candid as you can get on a reality show which sometimes comes off as being slightly scripted. I like him, and I like the #ItsMiracleSeason too
