I'm just reading about it now. It's horrific. There are just no words to explain the heartache I feel for all that are affected, every single time I read these types of situations.

We were out with a couple last night who's daughter & husband are in Paris so they had some hours to worry but they're safe. They knew they were back at the hotel but still you worry.

The world is showing its support for Paris, including here at home.

Niagara Falls was lit up in the colours of France last night.

In Toronto, the C-N Tower was also illuminated in the colours of the French flag last night, and Mayor John Tory is inviting people to attend a vigil with him and the French consul-general this afternoon outside city hall.

In Montreal, flags at city hall are at half mast, while hundreds of people gathered at the French consulate last night to place candles and flowers, and sing the French national anthem.

thanks guys. My mum all good, so are my friends. Life wins: my nephew became a big brother in this madness. My (ex) brother in law and his wife had their baby last night, in Paris, in a pretty hectic hospital. Little Alexandre
