getting a sense that RS likes Shawn...very interesting...he's not at all making fun of the cheesiness between them night one...any thoughts on that? 
on another point - i do think insane chemistry first meeting is very possible and if both of them felt the connection it was probably real in some shape or form -- we'll have to see how and if it evolves...  :Nod: def a front runner her "slow and steady" doesn't discount him imho esp if they have a hiccup in the middle of the road

I think i'll like Shawn and will wait to see how he clicks with K -- i've realized I'm the one person on this board with no ability to imagine connections without seeing them in live...body language and just overall demeanor...

Shawn has a barn house so that fits in with what K wants as her "life" setup in rural parts...

Yeah, Steve was really nice to him. His friends/family might be the ones who gave Steve the spoilers in exchange for being nice to him (and Kait, if Shawn is f1). I guess we'll see if it continues and what Steve spoils.

TPTB usually does, however, I have heard some reports where the main has had some input for one reason or another.

Sean said both he and the producers made those decisions together, but according to Ali F, and Jason the producers do, but give the lead complete control once they get to F4. The producers also choose who goes home and when and the order in which roses are handed out, according to Ali.

This is a good point. That's about the time the mystery week happened. It appears maybe a change of plans by the lead at F4?

As far as instant attraction, it didn't help Britt during Chris' season.

I'm getting the F2 vibe already if in fact Shawn claims it was love at first sight for him. TPTB lap that stuff up. JMHO Shawn and Nick aren't following each other on SM and one of them is have an awesome day.

Exactly what I was thinking! RS likes people who give him what he wants and is very blunt and obvious about it... Shawn also gave that first impression of announcing his resignation to go on this show... which is quite an obvious move. he's making veryyyy smooth moves so far (group hug for greeting, love proclamation) which make it a bit suspect whether or not tptb is feeding him info. RS also said he got like 25% of the showtime?? that's a LOT and would def imho suggest he's not F1. he's also seemingly a "perfect fit" even in our eyes.... 
Worth remembering Ronnie is a close friend who likely gives him the details from behind the scenes and ronnie also likely got info from Nick which he would have shared with shawn about the show... 
shawn just seems to have the right moves with everyone! -> RS, Kaitlyn, tptb...

I can't help the feeling that Shawn could be the Frank or Brooks who Kaitlyn is most into, but he runs away when it gets down to serious time at F3.
