Caila's 24 which is only a year younger than Jojo so really doesn't make any difference imo. Ali was 25 and her guys were from 25-34.

I just want the next Bachelor to be at least around 30. So I hope they put more in that range. (Most) guys I know barely even want to think about getting engaged/married until 30 or older, yes I know there are exceptions, maybe Ben.
It's strange that Kaitlyn ended up with 3 26 year olds in her final guys. I guess she just liked younger guys.

I too would like an older bach again. The younger ones tend to having younger ones in the finals and hense a younger bachette for the next season. Yeah I'd want an older Bach too.. I think its because they chose Ben who is young so most of his girls were young. I think eventually they'll go a bit older after this season. They might cast someone Caila's age, but that person won't be chosen. I predict someone 27/28 next season.

In the second pic, he looks much thinner. It's hard to say, he has the same eyebrows, different hairline, a distinct nose when we can't see in the first pic.

IMO I don't think that's the same guy. The bottom picture guy looks younger and better looking, more like a guy they would cast for the show, even though he looks probably 23-24.
