I just read an article from the Inquisitr dated today and they said that RS revised his Spoilers to reflect that Luke was eliminated in April after filming his hometown date.

Yet another place where RS was wrong, but since he corrected himself before the finale, he will pretend he was right the whole time.

I will be interested to see what happens that Luke is gone after HTDs, is her connection just stronger with the other guys or did something happen?

He seems pretty upbeat, so whatever it was must not have been too bad.

it would depend who and if the contestant was or not genuine IMO
Someone can grieve and laugh at the same time
But most recover after a couple of weeks after the show when they are back to normal life
Then again, I am sure Luke took comfort from his faith.

ETA: can anyone share a resume of the snatchat interview he had yesterday please?

I wonder if Luke was recruited by ABC to be on the show and being considered as the next lead from the beginning based on his on show performance.  So he went with the flow in the bubble.  We still need to see the "long goodbye" that Fleiss inferred when he was let go (or the F4 guy was let go).  Luke is being courted by ABC now and the media is even picking up on that.  IMO.  

I managed to watch the Ashley Eicher interview snap.  I don't think it was "the interview" for Rolling Stone, but a special Q&A from her friend's texts when they found out she was going to interview him.  Here are a couple things I remember:

JoJo:  Luke thinks she is the best bachelorette in the show history.
Food:  They had a grocery shopping list that they gave to producers, but Luke ate most ate mostly protein bars [ETA: also cereal and sandwiches]
Chad:  Luke heard rumors that he was hired to play the villain role and was compensated for it. [ETA: How much did Chad get paid? Luke: There is alot of rumors that Chad got "paid" to be the villain, and it's true, they paid him in pounds of meat!"]
RC Ceremony:  Very long [ETA: Ungodly amount of time]
Time with JoJo during RC:  About 15 minutes max.  Yes, you have to go seek her out. [ETA: It was called stealing JoJo away]
Next epi:  Have to wait a week but Chad will be back.
[ETA: Sleep: Luke said they only got around 3 hours and partly do to Chad going around slamming doors and getting up at 3 am to eat meat.]

That is all that I recall at the moment, feel free to add to the above.  

ETA: I re-listened to the snap to clarify questions and answers. You have to take Luke's answers with a grain of salt as it seems Luke was poking fun at Chad a lot.

Yes, lives goes on for Luke. I don't think one can judge or make anything out of how Luke is leading his life right now. I personally believe that his life experiences and perspective of life itself is very deep. And I think no one should under estimate that and start any insinuations.

Luke is definitely courted with this MTA even it is really clear where the franchise wish him to be.

It is difficult to know if he was hired. Could be. But he sure fell for the girl. So could be expected or not. I think he is the perfect contestant for them so I am curious who decided to cast him. I think for him it was a win win. No matter what, he gained exposure. Every contestant goes there for that and adventure.

Since april 26ish, it is almost 2 months. I am sure the prod could not let him go. He is gold. Good looking, war veteran and he oozes the good guy vibes IMO.

I think Luke applied for the Bachelor, or was recruited, and the Bachelorette is his audition for it.  I remember Chris Soules sister's sent in his application for the Bachelor.  It was an interview somewhere that she read part of the letter she attached to it, and it was all about how awesome he was and how much he had to offer as The Bachelor, so Farmer D had to do the Bachelorette first,  I wouldn't doubt that Luke is doing the same.

Yes, the word was "paid" after re-listening to the snap.  Luke was asked how much Chad was paid and Luke did respond that he heard rumors that he was paid to be the villian, but paid in pounds of meat.
