I have always loved Christ the Redeemer in Rio. I had a hard time finding a photo because none of what I found captured what I wanted. I wanted to post something in honor of the Olympics and Brazil. I am in awe of this masterpiece. source

In honour of the Rio Olympics, here is a painting by Beatriz Milhazes...Meu Limão.
According to Jane Morris, editor-at-large of the Art Newspaper, Milhazes's 2000 painting "Meu Limão" "sold [in 2012] for $2.1 million dollars at Sotheby's in New York, making her the highest-priced living Brazilian artist at auction. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beatriz_Milhazes
I had never heard of her, but had a look at some of her other stuff after seeing this one. I really love all the colours and how fun and lively they are.
You could be the juiciest, most ripe peach, but there is still going to be someone who doesn't like peaches.

My son Tom (right) is an artist and gave this picture of the New Brunswick coast to my other son, Paul for his birthday.

If you have a photo on your computer or phone you would like to post this is how I do it.
I have a photo library like Photobucket or Shutterfly. I put my photos there. Then I can copy the address of that photo and post it on our site but using the tv icon above. As for source I like to say it is my photo. I hate putting the link to my personal library.
This is what works for me.

Kasha, that is my kind of art! I love it! Thanks for sharing your personal photo. I have a couple of sunset shots of my favourite Florida beach. It's very calming.
