She was probably their realtor. The sellers realtor was the one listed in the article.

Maybe she just found the house for them, and someone else was the realtor..? I think Kathy lives in Austin. This house was posted by two Dallas real estate websites today, as being JoJo and Jordan's house, so I'd think it is IMO.
