I just checked and this festival was set for May 2023...not sure what's happening there today.

ETA:  Okay I found something at Beach Life Ranch for today...it is a music festival for "cowboy/surfer" music, so I guess it could be that.

@Sprite  Actually, tonight's headliner is Jack Johnson, who lives in Hawaii and I never thought of as a country singer.  Some other acts this weekend include Hall & Oats and the Doobie Brothers so go figure.
