He was sentenced to one year in a house of correction, with that term suspended for a two-year probationary period. The judge ordered him to stay away from the victim and attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week during those two years. If he complies with the judge's orders, he will not have to serve out his term, but if he fails to comply with those orders or re-offends, he could be ordered to serve out the year behind bars."
Adim — who has not been eliminated through the show's fourth episode — may have to register as a sex offender, according to a general statement on what happens if one is convicted of indecent assault and battery on the website of Boston-based defense attorney Stephen Neyman.
The Bachelor and The Bachelorette have had issues with failure to properly investigate contestants' social media histories for problematic content, but this is a larger, potentially more complicated oversight than those.
Production company Warner Bros. and network ABC declined to comment on the matter.

IMO, that never should have been a reason not to travel. His elimination should have been considered a priority, before anything else, once tptb were made aware. JMO.

I agree with you. If a person is the type to want to dig for dirt on people- I am sure it could be found on most people if they dig deep enough. @just me IMO there is a big difference between not being squeaky clean and being convicted of assualt, or liking hate speech posts. There is no reason MF and company could not have learned this and not had them on the show. Ashley Spivey said it took her about one hour to confirm. Once the show has their final contestants/alternates chosen, they should all be way more seriously vetted. Whatever firm does this is not IMO going beyond a cursory dive into SM. If they need help, I'm sure we could all recommend some folks who'd be glad to help.

I'm extremely disgusted. It's one thing for TPTB to cast f-boys or your garden variety d-bags but Lincoln absolutely should not have made the cut. Whether they missed or willfully ignored this, it's inexcusable and the type of thing that should get people fired. All jmo.
