The zero post intrigued me with that many followers and followings so I started searching around and found this!

Maybe she changed up her name for blog purposes. Or Nitalia is her proper first name.

There are other links that come up searching Nitalia Lewis, a kindle, a youtube channel without any content and and IMDb page listing her in the make up department, none of those I can confirm are her.
