I am thrilled with the outcome of this season, and have to say personally, I enjoyed it more than I have enjoyed a season in a very, very long time. I am thankful that Blake put himself out there, to become a part of Katie's season. His mother should be so proud of the man he's become. Anyone who has the dedication, and passion he has for animals, and wildlife preservation, is a great human being, in my book. I love the thought of them both agreeing on the subject of adoption. I always wanted to have 12 kids, six of my own, and six children who needed to be loved and cared for. The heavens decided differently, my husband and I have dedicated and committed ourselves to the rescue of animals, and caring for the wildlife that surrounds us.

I wish for them, nothing but the best. They deserve it. jmo

I'm catching up on threads because I couldn't all day but I haven't seen any comments on their plans as far as will they do the long distance for awhile? I saw Katie's comments, Canada next stop but wondered if they mentioned where they go from here. TYIA

Blake to me is a very confident guy. What you see is what you get. They seem to be very compatible. The long distance will be difficult but not impossible imo. I'm glad she'll probably be able to spend time at the cottage. That will be a great getaway to unwind and enjoy nature.

I wonder if they'll meet up with Kevin and Astrid. They don't live far from Hamilton, and Kevin works in Hamilton.
