Reddit posters have also found a photo of Joe in his trading days in 2009. But since they only uploaded it to imgur and did not link the source I cannot bring it over. It must have been part of a story about about a fed rate announcement in March 2009. I tried googling to find the article and photo myself but could not find it. They have also found some legal filings where Joe is a plaintiff in an anti-trust lawsuit with many others against Bank of America and some other banks. It is an ongoing lawsuit in the appeal stage that says the banks are guilty of collusion and monopoly in regards to depressing LIBOR. LIBOR is a benchmark tool for short term investments that effects interest rates for different loans and financial instruments of different maturities. All this is my interpretation of what reddit posters that know a heck of a lot more about the financial world than I do! One of the co-plaintiffs in this suit is Louie Amabile... possibly some relation? The original suit was filed in 2015.

They have also found some other stuff that is pure speculation of Joe being connected to another Chicagoan named Joseph Amabile... he was a west side gangster in the 1950's. He was convicted of extortion in the late 60's and sentenced to 15 years in jail and a $10,000 fine. He passed away in jail in 1976. I found a death notice for his wife who died in 2009. Both the names Louie and Joe are listed as family members...

Another thing about Joe is that he is always shown as knowing everything about produce, but not other grocery items. Makes sense to me that he is a wholesaler in produce!

I am of the opinion that Joe's background is not what it seems!

They have done some investigation as well! I agree with them that it is suspect when Becca met up with him in early June, it was not at his grocery store but at Bloomingdale's. I still say TPTB played very loosely with his occupation.

I think there is a myriad of reasons people hesitate to leave - #1 is money and poverty. If they leave, they might be delayed in returning to their jobs - days without pay are hard for those that live paycheck to paycheck. #2 are pets. If you have a household of pets, it makes it harder to go to a shelter. With a single dog or cat, it is more manageable. #3 - some people just think they are invincible. Edited: I reread this and it sounded heartless to me and I apologize if I offended anyone. I can say that my experience is that anyone who lives through a natural disaster will see their life change. Some will be directly affected due to loss of house and/or business. Cities and counties will have big deficits from all the overtime spent on responding, repairing roads and water lines, etc, etc. The school districts will lose hundreds of students due to displaced people leaving the area, with the result a budget crisis. (In California, the state reimburses the school districts on an average daily attendance metric.) There is a lot of stress and another storm or fire triggers the strong feelings of helplessness. But the response from your neighbors and other caring people will bring light to the darkness. Wishing all the Carolinas the best in dire circumstances.

So for me the elimination process is pretty important with the details of each meeting with Olga but ALSO, the very intense confrontation between Walentin and Sasha as they are last to be called.
And the afternoon stand up comedy reactions from everyone, not necessarily the whole routine, plus comedy is really hard to translate...but that afternoon was important for Olga...so some sense of each comments

Hard to compare certain photos/videos i.e. Blake with dog vs. Jason, Blake will get more likes because its him all grown up vs. little kid Jason. But overall Blake's last three photos have all broken 100K likes, whereas none of Jason's last three have.

But just for comparison sake, if you just compare the first two (the photo and video). Both photos of gyus are just of themselves present day and both videos are show related with top contenders tagged:

Photo (#1 for each above)
Total Likes - Blake 101K vs. Jason 77K; Blake has 24K or 31% more likes
% of Followers - Blake 22% vs. Jason 16%

Video (#2 for each above)
Total views - Blake 460K vs. Jason 225K; Blake has 235K or 100% more views; this gap will likely slightly narrow over time
% of Followers - Blake 100% (obviously people watch more than once) vs. Jason 45%

Again the above is not an exact science as there are a lot of variables - but regardless Blake is consistently getting more likes/views on IG than Jason is.

ETA - wanted to add one other thing. Another poster mentioned Elan and his likings. For the last 5 photos:
Blake - liked three, and commented a couple times on one
Jason - liked one, no comments that I can see (hard to go through comments)

Don't think it is an indication of who will be Bachelor, but still think it is worth noting.

IMO this is an invalid analysis based upon the fact that Blake’s highest count, the dance video has both Colton and Jason in it as observers. I still think he has no rhythm, he’s dancing as if there is no music and he wouldn’t know a beat if it bit him. JMO

Until it comes out of the mouth/publicity department at ABC, there is no guarantee it is going to be Jason. As for Molly's IG post where she listed Jason as {#}2{/#} from Seattle... she has changed it to *hopefully*.

Personally I have a feeling that a decision is not going to be made until next weekend at the earliest. There is still plenty of time for the announcement since it doesn't start filming for about another month. We also have not been getting the tease tweets from Fleiss... he's off his game if they have already made their decision.

Doesn't matter who it is, I'm not watching. I have no interest in watching Blake, Jason or Colton.

I don't think its weird at all. The way i see it, he was in talks with the Franchise Execs pre/around ATFR. MF's cryptic tweet after finale pegging Blake as #2 after CH in the Bachelor poll

just did it for me. Blake might need to return to work immediately since he is gonna take a long LOA shortly. Sean said in the RS podcast that he had to meet up with Warner Bros Execs to finalize things. Thats what i think what Blake's doing in this current week. He has been MIA in the past 3 days. I would assume he is probably in LA till Friday, and then heading home for the weekend, where he is scheduled to appear in OTF Fort Collins on Sunday.

I maintain my opinion that Bachie is Blake's gig to loose. The franchise had their eyes on him since the filming wrapped. As an avid observer of little thingies, i can honestly say the editors give the Peter edit for Blake in all season promos. Blake has appeared in all teasers and promos for Becca season, including the one of "Prince Hairy" where the word Prince was panned over him, where G was missing. Jason were missing in a lot of the promos.

Blake coined this season's tagline : "strong, independent woman". Got all the key word " put everythng on the line".. He pulled TWO grand entrances and one grand exit " that never seen before" (as per CH). All of his interactions with Becca were shown in every episode, except episode 6. (Jason OTOH were the contrary, with no full entrance, no MnG time shown, etc). Dare i say, Blake is the MVP of the season IMO. Unless he says no, i don't think other contenders (even Jason) had a chance. Funny that there were rumors circulating that he wont do the stint. But he clearly shot em dead by his ATFR speech, Finale's IG and his following of Blakeforbachelor fan pages. His fan base is strong, and his followers numbers and engagements are remarkable, for someone who haven't been doing media round much and barely posts both IG and IG Story IMO.

Becca's season is eerily similar to Rachel's in term of close 2 horse race . It was always Blake vs G throughout, just as it was with Peter vs Bryan. Blake= Peter as in the MVP who had the strongest back story. Jason is actually the Eric of the season IMO. We know TPTB still had it bad for Peter the F2 a year later, so... its not unprecedented for Blake. JMO.

IIRC Nick has said the announcement was made a week or so after he finalize things with the Execs. That's why i think we would get Blake as TB announcement no later than the end of this month (more or less like Ben, on Aug 24) , assuming he has signed up the final contract in this week.

and oh, i think just as Benji, they definitely had Jason in the back burner for future seasons.

It does seem beneath them but other credible Bachelor couples have done it. The money has got to help with baby #2 on the way. I don't think I can make myself watch it, though.
