i never done so myself. I do know that first, we need to put the pic/article to internet by using photobucket (or similar service) and then do the standard procedure to put it here.

You all are great and Des and Chris are adorable - I've gained a great appreciation for them post show.  I'm one of those waiting for their beautiful wedding!

Seriously, I can't get over how perfect they are for one another. Every time I watch their dates, I say to myself "there is no way it would have anyone else but Chris". Mama Siegfried knew it and  Chris knew it too t "I can't explain this feeling I am having, its just right". " I believe that I can make Des happier than anyone else in the world...", mission accomplished, she is very happy!!
Can you tell that I can recite almost every word from the proposal...did I say I love this couple? I love this couple, so can't wait for the wedding!!
