I agree. Plus I love making members feel included in the forum even if it is limited. In the last year we have had so many doing wonderful things here.

Yes that too. It's good to make everyone feel like they are part of the forum.

I'm liking that a lot are commenting on how bad they feel about the break up even though they aren't fans. cheesy, but I like it. Shows some empathy to the fans.

I told her I will set her up, and walk through the mod tools when they appear.

I will do it tomorrow sometime. I need to do it when I'm not distracted too much because it's a process. Maybe first thing in the morning after I'm caught up. I'll post here when it's done. Then I'll post the welcoming.

No access to our forum correct? or yes? She has been pm'ing me for the last few months, but I don't know her as long as maybe you gals have known her. She's great from what I can tell.

ETA: was she on FORT?

We can do baby steps and see how it goes, etc.
I think she will do fine and if it goes ok, then we can move onto the next phase--opening up our forum etc.
I will be working this weekend--my last weekend as I will be retiring!

I am noticing some of the posters are now putting IMO in their signature line.

I'm not liking that at all. They can have it there if they like, but that doesn't exclude them from using IMO in the content of the post.

I'm thinking of adding that to the rules?

Yes, that needs to be on each individual post.
If they can not post properly, IMO, they should refrain from posting.

The ones I have seen state all of the above is just my opinion. So it is on each individual post. It's fairly common practice on message boards to note it in the sig line, and if the member posts a statement of fact, they must provide a link supporting the fact; no link, delete.

Well I agree with you on one point she does have free will and she should have walked. HOWEVER, she also had manipulative producers telling her that they would sue her and talking her into staying. I am sorry, I do not think one moment of these "reality shows" is unplanned or unprovoked. I think the handlers work in over drive getting the participants to fit into their story line.

Signature line says all posts are their opinion or something like that.

I don't know if she knows for a fact re the bold? I never heard about that before. I don't want to assume it's her opinion. If it's true I want to see proof. This is why I don't like just the sig line.
