3 days is normal there from what I've heard also. I don't see it as a hoopla at all. All we saw was everyone coming and going. I like that George & Amal decided to have it there and thereby giving something to fans. It didn't take anything away from the private wedding or the parties. 

George doesn't need additional press or attention if he does decide to get into politics which I'm not sure he's interested in doing. He has a pretty good thing going right now. Amal has a career also and can't see them uprooting their lives anytime in the forseeable future.

I'm watching The insider. They did a little comparison between Clooney and Kanye's wedding.

Kim made a nude selfie scrapbook, over 300 pages, for Kayne as a wedding present.

Amal gave George gold cufflinks with his name engraved in Arabic.

Kim and Kayne, at least they no longer will bother other people. There is a silver lining to everything.

Speaking of Kardashian, my BIL just bought this car and one of my sons said it looks like a Kardashian (meaning the big booty!) Laughed so hard!

300 pages of nudie selfies? The mind boggles. Talk about self absorbed. That poor child.

Gotta wonder how many of those photos will be hacked out to the public someday.

I was wondering if copies were already floating around ebay. The truly are the family that loves to over share.

It reminds me a little bit of Reese Witherspoon. She sold her wedding to People, but bitched about her loss of privacy to Vogue. Such hypocrisy.
