Only rumors, no facts that I know of. I will say at the confront Nick after the F5 group date he and Josh both seemed a little out of it to me. Josh was supposedly sick, but it wouldn't surprise me if Chris was at least a little drunk. Gosh knows he wouldn't be the first contestant to spend a lot of this show drunk, but if you want him as your next lead you can't really show it too often.

Curious if the rumors are correct that tptb would want him as next lead. Could be difficult to count on for a season as lead if that's the case.
I also think/know tptb pile on the liquor and I believe they really wanted the confrontation by the guys with Nick. I read something from Dylan that he tried to stay away from the drama and would just go "to sleep" in his room.
If I recall correctly, the guys all participated in the confrontation and as much as I like Nick, I think it was tptb prompted and don't really blame anyone.

My theory, and this is only my opinion, is that TPTB really wanted Eric or Josh as the next lead. When Andi had her melt down with Eric, they wanted Josh, but Andi really wanted Josh too. I saw a lot of producer manipulation in how they never put Josh and Nick on the same group dates except one and then stacked it so they would not spend a lot of time together with Andi. I believe they led Nick to believe he would be F1 and then continued after the show to hint that maybe Andi wasn't happy with Josh. This is all my speculation and no fact at all, but I think they would have been thrilled for Andi to change her mind at AFTR and pick Nick or for Nick's revelation to cause problems with Josh and for Josh to dump Andi. To me that is why they took so long to confirm Chris as the next lead, he was the best choice they had left, but not really who they wanted.

Chris's arrest record alone shows he might have issues with alcohol and with nothing else to do it would be easy to spend a lot of their time drinking, so I don't mean it as Chris being bad, but that the situation didn't bring out his best.

I do think TPTB had a huge hand in that confrontation between the guys and Nick, but that doesn't mean that I didn't see both Josh and Chris as a little altered in state during it.

I am surprised...I never would have guessed that. I like Chris. I hope he ends up with a nice girl. Not someone that does sleazy videos or let's just say a porn star. :shocked!:

Since Kaitlyn's name came out, I did some research.

I believe I have found more on Kaitlyn Bristowe.

She spent some time around smalltown Alberta around a farming community.

She graduated from Leduc Composite High School, class of 2003.
Found her Pinterestand her Youtube accounts

I believe I found her birthdate. I also found her sister's facebook(not going to post for obvious reasons) and can tell it is her sister for sure from researching Leduc, Alberta, her facebook which has a pic of Kaitlyn on it as well as a pic of their mom, which matches up to a pic of the mom on Kaitlyn's IG.

From what I can tell, it does look like the mom spends a lot of time south and has re-married.

I do know Kaitlyn's IG as well.

It is only rumor, though he does have the DUI. During filming they don't have much to do, so drinking is an easy way to spend time.

I hope that if spoiled if F1 is true that they will be happy, she seems like a great women. Now the porn star and the wannabe in the top 4 is a little suspect to me, but maybe they were girls he didn't have to worry about hurting their feelings.
