Yeah agreed ! This season created one of the most genuine relationship amongst the ladies compared to previous season IMO. Their friendship is honestly goals and I yearn for it.

I love the friendships that come out of these shows. And I love when women act mature and respect each other. This experience is so unique that it's nice they had a good group to share it with and it has bonded them for a long time.

Yes, pretty remarkable considering they average one of the youngest groups of women from any season. The oldest is Becca at 26! Lauren, 25. And everyone else is 23-24. Ben at 26 also remarkable appears one of the more mature Bachelors to me. And he's definitely the youngest I think they've ever had.

I like that they didn't seem to brag about each other's date . If they talked about it, they didn't over blow the emotions involved as if to prove their's were better. They should be given props for carrying themselves so well in the house, knowing how much producers cattle prod the girls for created drama. Doesn't the lead suggest what kind of suitors they are looking for, and then the producers find that specific with a few added in fluff fillers? It seems that Ben has now surrounded himself with a similar set of girls who seem genuine, caring and good natured . The differences I notice about his F2 are, one seems strong on the outside, but weaker on the inside. The other seems weak on the outside as if she's more fragile or feminine, but strong on the inside. JMO of course . Their families are opposite too.

I reviewed the ages of all the bachelor leads before Ben was announced. Surprisingly, the youngest was Jesse Palmer, who was just a few months younger than Ben when they filmed. Even more surprising is that Jesse STILL isn't married. Who woulda thunk? ;-)

I was married at 27. I thought that was pretty average! My husband was 28. We were 26/27 when we got engaged! Most of our friends were either married or engaged or about to be engaged by then. I don't think mid to late 20's is too young if you have the right person.

^^It seems pretty clear that most of Ben's closest friends are married- so I can really see him wanting to be married as well- and ready. If they all grew up in Warsaw, I'm guessing that 27 is really late to get married.

When I read this, it reminds me of how in the last episode , how happy Ben said it was to finally get the chance to introduce "his girlfriend". He said he wanted to wrap her up and that she didn't know just how awesome that feeling was.
He really wants to find his wife and hang with his best buddies and their wives imo.

IMO that's conceptually true but I think the ratio is differently skewed. They pick a cast of girls around which they can create drama and slot into somewhat defined roles. Like an Olivia (and before her a Tierra). Most of the cast falls into this category. But they also cast a few who are good matches with the lead. IMO they try to make sure that the lead knows who to keep and get to know so a good match doesn't get passed over at an early RC and sent home before the lead gets to know them. IMO there's a lot more interaction between the lead and the producers than we ever are shown.

Previous leads have admitted they cast maybe 4-6 genuine contenders. Everyone else is for drama and filler.
