Caila wasn't blindsided and she didn't land the job as marketing manager for BollyX the morning after the ATFR show.

BollyX (with Caila) just completed their New York Demo Tour. Other big fitness promotions on the BollyX schedule: 4/13-4/18 ECA OBOW Fitness conference in NY, 7/13 - 7/17 IDEA World Conference in Los Angeles, 8/10 -8/14 WorldFitness Expo in Toronto and 8/26-28 SCW Dallas Mania conference.

Just a guess on my part, but I find it highly unlike that BollyX would hire a Marketing Manager that would be unable to commit to managing huge promotions across the country & Canada due to filming and promoting the Bachelorette. Caila generated a lot of SM buzz while filming alleged promos for the 'ette. Coincidentally, the same people intrigued by Caila being the 'ette are part of the same target audience for BollyX. Win-win for Caila and BollyX. All IMHO.

Good for Caila!! She has totally impressed me by finding a real job, what's that in this Bach World?! And moving to NYC to do her thing and have her own adventures. I thought she'd be a perma-Bachelor girl and instead she's decided to become a normal girl with the show as just another adventure. I was SO wrong about her and so happy to be so wrong!

Caila is one smart lady to jump right into a lucrative career coming directly off TB. She capitalized on her 15 minutes of fame and landed the job she wanted. It is a win-win for both her and Bolly-X. She didn't hang on to the TB franchise waiting for crumbs and handouts to help her decide what she is going to do next in life. She made it happen! yes

I gotta admit I ironically started liking Caila after her ette offer had been canceled, and also since following her snapchat, it's always a good source of positive energy. I don't know how to bring it over, but she went to brunch/a meal with her dad today and it was very clear how close they are. IMO she comes from a pretty strong knit family as well, which may have also been one of the reasons why she bonded with Ben so well. not that it matters now, it's just a pity that we didn't get to see more of that side during the show
