I started to go to bed but checked and saw the delay was over so ran back upstairs to watch with my dh. What an exciting game & series! I'm not even a big baseball fan these days but loved it.

Congrats to the Cubs and their fans! clapping!

I usually go upstairs to read about 11ish when it was tied. So at about 1ish I got my update from DH. I am happy for the cabbie fans. They earned it after all this time. Cleveland played a good series, too.

One minute it was 6-3, took the dogs out, came back and it was 6-6! Yikes!

I was rooting for the Cubs only because the Indians took Toronto out. It was a good run Cleveland, you sure kept the series on everyone's toes!

As for my Habs, we're getting off to the same start as last year. 9 -0 -1 it just better not end the same way!

Glad I could share a happy memory. yes

I wouldn't worry too much, they will be back to form. Too good of a team to be down for long. Doesn't help that Quick is out.

Remind me not to talk about the #Habs the rest of the season. I turn it on and it's 8-0 for CBJ, I do a double take thinking it's shots on goal or something, no, it's the score. Alrighty then, so this is how it's going to be. They simply can't play without Carey Price.

Now it's 9-0 and the fans are chanting "We want 10". I thought last year was bad, this is horrid.
