yeah that is my take on it too. Many already called it here as well that TPTB might try to insinuate the F1 at FRC rejecting the lead with it being Nick due to his back story. Yes totally agree. A failure would not be mentioned and used as a huge dramatic plot twist if it were in fact true. Also if it were true I would expect Nick to dissapear into a shell and have to retreat in order to get over it. None of that is happening.
However from the trailer shown it looks like a couple of incidents happen which shake his faith in finding love. That to me rings very true to what i see of Nick as being sincere in seeking the one  and  it showed him wanting his convoluted journey to be for a good reason at long last. So I do believe he would be really sensitive about things going wrong which might shake his faith in himself or in his decision to be the bachelor. His stakes are high, higher than any previous lead , and the stress of that is bound to crack him at times. The pressure for it all to work and for him not to fail again - it's pretty remarkable he was willing to take the risk. Despite what people say about him just doing it for celebrity or money I truly believe that he is there for his girl. Good luck to the happy couple.

For some reason there is a photo floating around her with Vanessa in a room, I am going out on a limb and say She and Nick is on a SHV right now. That photo of her looks like a Hotel room.

@guardianangel a photo of just Vanessa in a room and there is a french sentence on it. For the life of me I dont remember which thread it is in. She was alone, but that room small photo makes me think it is a hotel room with a little chic to the window coverings.
