We don't know if he knew any of this history before. Who knows, maybe they're just recent friends and RS is wrong? I don't think it's anything too serious yet. Just the other day on the Almost Famous podcast he sounded like he had a crush on Kristina.

Oh, they're just going after her and talking about how Ben deserves so much better. Guess she must have tricked him too! Poor Ben, all four of his final four tricked him into thinking they loved church, nature, and mission trips and hated fame, materialism, and partying and now Lindsay too?! He just can't catch a break!

It's really funny to think back to the "Omg, Lauren is embarrasing Ben! He hates fame and he just wants a sweet wife and she's obsessed with fame and partying!" commentary. And, now, she's in a steady relationship with a guy outside this franchise and is living a low-key life, while he has a Bachelor podcast with the biggest fameho in the franchise, spends his weekends with guys like Dean and Luke, and is now hooking up with a Bachelor groupie. IMO.

I lost all respect for Ben after his breakup media tour where he subtly tried to paint her as the bad guy, so I am totally enjoying watching the contrast in their lives now. I find that pretty much impossible. It was splattered all over SM that Robby "cheated" on Amanda with this person, as well as it being brought up on BIP. I'm sure Amanda and her circle of friends, including Ashely I who Ben is chummy with, knows all about this person and her previous history.

I don't care one way or the other. However he milked the fact that he was heartbroken, with little furniture, and wasn't ready to date in a long time shpiel for too long. Next thing we know within days he's starting a podcast with Ashely and he's yachting with a cigar in his mouth like he's some sort of tycoon IMHO.

Break up, make your statement, and move on rather than acting like you're the wounded one and having your cake at the same time IMHO.

I'm going to agree with @guardianangel, there's no way Imo Ben wasn't aware of this woman's background. AshleyI knows all Bach related stuff, Ben knows it too, Imo, they're scooping for it for their podcast. He just doesn't care, Imo. And Imo this woman leaked their dating gossip to RS herself, she Imo wants it out there. Jmo

Sure, it's very possible that he knew she had a history with of a couple of guys. I didn't know the woman Robby was with in Colorado was publicly named.
As for the bolded, to be fair, he said he wasn't ready to date way back right after they broke up. It's been several months now. So I wouldn't say that's him acting wounded and having his cake too. Good for him for dating again. Did you expect him to wallow for a full year? All JMO.

@hannah.e. No one needs to wallow for a full year, I'm sure you would say the same goes for Lauren. I've always believed get rid of the past and move on quickly.

As recent as August 27th he still taking about Lauren and the "overwhelming moment" he found out Lauren found love. He also mentions it would be disrespectful to Lauren if he became the bachelor.

No one cares about Ben and Lauren IMHO. They split.

Move on Ben. You're acting it. Stop whining to the media IMHO.

@sosleepy The sad thing is this show doesn't screen for HPV. I don't know how they could anyway unless they asked for proof of vaccination and I think there are still cases of HPV that fall through the cracks of vaccination.
