Bachelor 22 - Speculation - *Sleuthing Spoilers* - Discussion #2

I'm indifferent to him and probably would be more hyped for this, but he just kept playing the victim until the end, blaming rachel for being "attacked" knowing the hate that would be thrown her way.  Peter seems nice at times but super calculated and cold otherwise. Also the fact that his crazy fans constantly make hateful comments on rachel's ig, just makes me like him even less.

Imo I knew Peter would do it. He supposedly "turned down" the offer just to get some heat off his back. If he took it immediately, he would get dragged for playing Rachel and this and that. After he turned it down however people were all like, yaas i knew he was real and didn't come on to be the bachelor la di dah. Now that he supposedly is the next bach, he is making it seem like they had to pursuade him to take the gig. imo he played his cards really well. Saying you declined just to ward off criticism. I see you P

why wont the bachelor just cast someone completely new... all these people seem to have slept together or dated or just have been in the system for so long. Is it completely unheard of to get new blood?

Hey, the bus comes for just about everyone, unless you are Emily Maynard.  Snark comes for everyone eventually. As I said before, living well is the best revenge.  IMO, they needed him more than he needed them.  Peter must have gotten what he wanted to agree.  I am looking forward to this season!!!

I thought there was one maybe two that was announced during DWTS? I wonder if Sept 18th, DWTS premier will be the announcement with filming beginning the following Saturday or if it will be Sept 11th the final epi of BIP during their reunion show.

There will also be a reunion special, separate from his sit-down interviews with Corinne and DeMario. “The live [finale] at the end will be more like After the Final Rose where we’re live, the show is wrapping up, and there will be people involved that were on the show because we have to find out where everybody is. I don’t think you can put those into usual Bachelor boxes because they’re going to be so different.”

RS said the reunion finale is filme today and Peter' Kamp classes have subs for him today and tomorrow. I wonder if he's in LA today to tape the announcement?

The only thing shocking for me is if they really did decide on a back to back bachelorette season. Which Millsy said in a podcast wasn't gonna happen.
