Wow I just logged on. I haven't caught up yet but I see Arie is Bachelor 22! Personally I'm so happy for him! He deserves this! Good Luck Arie!!

I have no problems with it being Arie. IMO much easier to look at than Petiocre.  Looking forward to seeing his "journey"

Millsy tweeted they will be putting Emily's season online so people can get familiar with Arie.

MF surprised me again. Two years in a row. He is good!

This is going to be a fun Season and although a little disappointed we wont get to Snark on Petey I am happy for Arie.

Old school will be an awesome change.

I don't have any clue who Arie is, but when I took a peek at social media, there were some unfortunate allegations being thrown around about him. Yikes.

Because I don't know anything about this era of The Bachelorette, I'm just going to reserve judgment and not assume those allegations have any basis in fact until there are receipts. A lot of mud gets wrongly thrown in this fandom, so, yeah.

Honestly, I like that there's a lead with no ties to JoJo, Nick, or Rachel's seasons. The Garden, The Squad, The RoseBoys, or whatever the heck they're calling themselves today, I love that this snatches some of their relevancy, thanks. I won't have to see them popping up on this season of The Bachelor or fighting for a spotlight. Did not want. They needed to dig out of that circle of individuals, imo.

Let's infuse a whole new group of individuals in to this franchise. And also, I'm encouraged they picked someone older and ready to settle down. I didn't think they'd do that but seems smart, imo.

They need to do Arie a favor and drop why it isn't Peter. I know that they love any kind of free buzz but they could have managed his reveal better...jmo. I like his potential so much more than the BIP reruns.

Also, who/what camp is feeding Reality Steve his information? He's been wrong, wrong, wrong here lately.

Props to whichever one of you found the real story on Reddit a week ago or so and posted it here. One of y'all said that a source was saying it was Arie. Right on.
