I do think they loved each other and it was a mutual decision to split. They knew their challenges from the get go and did their best to overcome them but couldn't IMO. It's the reality of many relationships which fall apart IMO. I don't compare Nick's behavior now to either Andi or Kaitlyn's breakup coz the show format didn't allow for real closure for him unlike his engagement to Vanessa. There are no 'What If's' now coz N&V both gave this a shot and it didn't work out. Even though it's hard, I do think they both found closure which wouldn't have been the case if he hadn't picked her due to their different personalities/desire to live in different countries/etc.

IMO Every relationship whether good or bad teaches us something about ourselves. I think this relationship will help both of them to understand the difference between what they want and what they need.

Good for all of you GOT fans! I have not watched any season at all, but will probably have a marathon when it is all over!!

As far as Nick & V, it made me sad to find out about their break-up. I was very hopeful for them, as they were a mature and very real couple IMO
As a Nick super fan, I became a fan of Vanessa as well. I truly think there are no sides here, they are being mature and are not pointing fingers at each other, no un-follows, etc It is the right way to part, with respect for one another. In my opinion, it was a combination of all reasons stated, specifically the back & forth from V & not committing 100% on THE one place. I think they became great friends & supporters of one another, I have no doubt about this. Personalities could have clashed for sure, and a sign that things would probably not work out long-term, imo, is when you realize you are no longer willing to give-in or compromise for the other. I can see them communicating about their issues a lot, but maybe it got to them & it should have been easier? Anyway, I wish them both the very best, personally & professionally. I'm a romantic, so I will always hope for a reconciliation once they have had time apart, but only time will tell.
Nick & Andi will never happen, IMO! It would be a disaster!
Regarding that photo of Nick at the NBY Event... it really does not say anything to me about their relationship, or his support for her, etc
I know he was there big time for her: exercise bit, Q & A bit, photos, Helping behind the food counters, etc
I am pretty sure Nick needed to get a little 20 minute power nap, as he was most likely jet-lagged still & running on empty! It looks like he is sleeping! Nothing wrong with that IMO
These two showed complete support & admiration for each other from the get-go, and I see this being a very caring & amicable separation.

Interesting.

Mills is the guy who referred to Nick as Andi's stalker right before the ATFR and throws awful comments about the contestants all the time. And he's one of the producers responsible for the edit we're seeing right now, which is clearly meant to make viewers believe that Vanessa is difficult and she and Nick together is one big downer and so he'll never choose her. Of course he's going to sell his storyline that his own edit is pushing.

Hi guys,
I just wish this ridiculous R/V fight stayed that way: Just an R/V fight. I am 100% #teamvanessa but I just saw this as a disagreement where each woman acted, and re-acted in the way they felt most comfortable & they had their own right to do so. I am totally the V type though, I like to discuss things openly and clear the air, but always at the appropriate moment. When I don't choose the right/calm moment, things tend to explode for all involved! What I completely disliked was the IG story where R chose to respond to a question on a screen (among so many others!) the way she did. IMO that should have remained her personal & private opinion. And mostly, completely abhor the behaviour of this "squad" with their posts & hashtags anti-V so as to instigate sm cruel comments & judgements

@ericbutterfly I am happy to read your opinions and how fair you are for both sides. Glad also to see that you now realize it was not just girls liking R more, but know of some of the behaviour of them on sm

I still think highly of R, as nobody is perfect, but will have some reservations and will wait to see her as the lead to form a better opinion.

I love Vanessa, and her maturity, personality, class. I have no doubt Nick & her are so good for each other

For those discussing whether V could teach/practice in the USA...SHE ABSOLUTELY CAN & COULD, if she wanted to continue doing it. She'd have to present documents as pre-requisites outlined, if she wants her certification validated in the USA. But because of the shortage & need of teachers for all sectors there, they are given priority to get it done. BUT, she DOES not need a license or certificate always. They have "temporary licenses" given to teachers from abroad, (usually for a two-semester term, which she can renew) PLUS, she DOES NOT NEED ONE at all if she were to be hired by a private school, SPECIALLY if this teacher speaks various languages (as is the case with V)
V got her license at "Teacher's School" here in Toronto a couple of years back. These teachers from our college are highly sought-out! With her background, V would not have to wait long to get a job in a private school (for spec ed specially!) If she does not have her licensature completed yet.

I don't know if I believe the thing about the girls backing Rachel up... the only women who were in Bimini when the so called blow up happened were Danielle M who is friends with Vanessa, Kristina who is friends with Vanessa, Raven who is very close with Rachel and Corrine who just does her own thing but seems friendly with Rachel... I don't see everyone backing Rachel, because apparently it happened when Corrine, Raven, and Kristina were on the group date, so who was there to back up Rachel? Danielle M? Danielle M is good friends with Vanessa. Part of me feels like RS is making up the part that all the girls dislike Vanessa and side with Rachel and he is just basing it purely on postshow friendships. Am I the only one who feels that Rachel and Vanessa didn't get along both had valid points (not the first time two women in the franchise didn't see eye to eye) and some girls are closer to Rachel and some girls are closer to Vanessa? That's just what I am thinking... I mean you can be neutral and still be closer friends to one person over the other. Them taking pics together doesn't mean they hate Vanessa or vise versa. Idk thats my opinion
