You see many people have commented on the difference in Olena's culture and how her family would feel during htd due to the culture difference. Also some commenting on how Nikki is more suited to Richie because Olena has a different culture etc.

I've been reading the comments on FB and suitability is often raised on the page so I've wondered if Olena's culture (might shed some light on her ethics solely based on the edited version of her on the show) and maybe how open the family is with dating and marriage. Obviously no different than others but I'm curious.
Also, since episode 10 ?!? it's like the girls just discovered that Olena's from the Ukraine. Now she's labeled as this and that so it peaked my curiosity more as its attempting to 'explain her personality' which I haven't taken lightly. So what's the deal? Is it done to add more fuel to her mystery, to say that she's a hard nut to crack, (she's light a vault, a rock, etc) so good luck Richie with this one?

You are welcome, Living. I know some people appreciate that information. It is indeed pertinent, especially when only last season the winner of the show come from a non-Anglo Saxon ancestry. Australia is very diverse, and some cities are not typicall Anglo-Saxon, or Anglo-Celtic. For instance, Melbourne (which is were Sam Wood lives, and now Snezana moved there) has the second largest Greek population of the world, the only city with more Greek population than Melbourne is Athens. I do, therefore, think it is important for people to understand what has or has not a significant impact on a relationship.

Also, one thing that may be good to note. Richie lives in a suburb of Perth, and Perth is a capital city. As you know, Olena lives in Sydney, another capital city. Both Richie and Olena are used to the lifestyle enjoyed in metropolitan cities. Both Perth and Sydney are also very multicultural cities. Nikki, however, lives in Northam, which is not really in Perth, although it is very close to Perth (1.5 hours from Perth). Northam has less than 7,000 inhabitants and I wouldn't call Northam multicultural. Obviously, Nikki seems to enjoy the lifestyle of a small town, but that lifestyle is not the same style that people in Perth enjoy. Now, what we know is that Richie lives in Perth, Richie is adventurous and likes having many options and has started a modelling career. Basically, based on lifestyles, I can infer that Olena and Richie have more in common than Richie and Nikki. Actually, in terms of lifestyle, perhaps Raechel is more similar to Richie than the other two girls. This is my opinion.
