After getting engaged on The Bachelorette in 2010, Ali and Roberto split in November 2011. But it wasn't over for good. As Life & Style initially reported, the exes reignited their flame while attending Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum's nuptials this past December. At the time, a source exclusively said the pair "hooked up after the rehearsal dinner." It now seems, the past is the past.

Now the insider insists Roberto has put everything with Ali behind him. "Sara is nothing like Ali," says the source.

Roberto and Ali didn't get their happily ever after meeting on The Bachelorette, and now Life & Style reports in this week's issue — on stands now — that the future isn't looking too bright for the newest couple of the franchise, Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici.

Does anyone know if there's any truth to this?

I have suspected that he was seeing Sara as he has tweeted a few times about hanging out with her and her friends since January. Kiptyn tweeted last Saturday night that it was "sushi night" and hashtagged Roberto, Sara and Tristan Prettyman.

I also thought they were dating for a while now. I wouldn't have thought a Playboy model would be Roberto's type but I guess I shouldn't stereotype her.

I saw that tweet & was super excited! I love Tristan too! Jason Mraz lost out on a good one for sure!

I think that Kiptyn and Tristan Pettyman go way back..maybe went to high school together or something like. I remember we posted about it over on fort during Jilly's season.

One funny note: Jason Mraz is a friend of mine whom I first met years ago as he was involved with an event in our hometown I direct for Switchfoot. Jason and I were talking before his performance at Agassi’s event and we took a quick picture together. Tenley was standing there and took a pic as well. Notice the difference in his expression in my pic compared to Tenley’s pic. Oh the power of a beautiful woman. Jason’s girlfriend is one of my closest female friends, singer/songwriter Tristan Prettyman, so I’ll let this one slide as I know she makes him smile the biggest. But it was too funny not to post.

Oh I think their are plenty "normal" girls who have posed in Playboy. If you fit the part physically, it is a good chunk of change. :yes:

Jenny McCarthy, to name one, is smart and jockied that into a lucrative career. Marilyn Monroe, to name another. Kelly Monaco has been on a long running soap. And those are ones we hear about. Their could be other professions represented, as well.

Assuming all playmates are 'less than' is like saying all gay men have good taste. They do not. Hugesmile

I don't want to speak for the other poster, but she never said that they are "less than". I don't think that anyone is less than anyone else, actually. Having said that, posing in Playboy does require a certain something, and I think that many of us thought that he would be with someone more conservative/traditional and out of the limelight (since that seemed to play a part in Ali/Roberto's break-up). I don't think anyone said that she hadn't made a good career decision, and/or that she was unsuccessful.
