Her first date should be a 1 on 1 on the 14th, if the 13th is a travel day. Does Ben get the first date? It would make sense to make that Ashley's "birthday date", because they have to start doing something to convince the viewers that the guy has a shot with her.

OK... so much for curious speculation! Guess she could have even been off that day. Her facebook page is full of "Happy Birthday Ashley, wherever you are..." in that date.

Haha! Can't you imagine her just thinking of a million things to do on that date just to put space between them for as long as possible. giggling

I can see it now, the uncomfortable and awkward conversation about passion (or lack there of) as Ryan forces advancement after advancement only to be kicked to the curb.

Reid had a 1 on 1 on his birthday, with cake, family and lots of kisses in front of his family, including his grandma, from Jillian. Chris L. had 1 on 1 on his birthday, and they called his dad, who 'met' Ali over the phone and she said she'd "see him again". And dummy me thought those were clues to them being F1's. duh

I know they were not the leads having the birthday, like Ashley is, but I don't know how much birthday dates mean no idea
