I see the username is @ when quoted. This is helpful when you're reading a post that has been quoted by a user, and you want to PM that person but they haven't posted recently. You can click on their username, click contact and PM them.

How do you turn off email notifications? I know that you can click stop watching this topic, but that gets annoying if you have to do it after every post you write, so is there any other way?
