Did Ali and Roberto spend time in the safehouse before taping the After the Final Rose during her season? I know after they filmed it TPTB flew them to Catalina Island for a 4 night stay.

They were both in town for it, so why wouldn't they? I doubt the handlers can keep the lovebirds apart. :giggle:

Emily and Brad stayed in the same place together before the ATFR filming.

Jesse and Deanna spent time together in the safehouse when she was doing the MTA, she commented that he had dinner waiting for her when she got back from taping.

I think it might be time for me to play my "I'm being attacked" card.

For what it's worth I thought beader's comment was a harmless and hilarious pun based on the Dino-Ben bromance idea/the idea that Dino-Ben seem closer than Ben-Ashley and Dino-Ashley. I did not take it as a gay joke or anything mean spirited. I can see why it got misinterpreted that way but I really don't think that's how it was meant. Maybe that's just because the Ben-Dino boat race gag is one of my highlights of this B'ette season and I feel like most people who've watched the show absolutely loved it too to the point that they wanted to watch the Ben-Dino bromance show.

I don't know about anybody else but I always enjoy the friendships between the contestants, especially the funnier moments. The CL/Craig R mouse chase during Ali's season may be one of my favorite franchise moments ever.

Edit: Also, there are people who think it's hot to fantasize about 2 attractive guys together even if the 2 guys in question are clearly straight - it's meant as a compliment to their attractiveness and not as an insult in any way. I don't think that was what beader was doing here nor have there been any such comments on this board that I've read, but I just want to clarify that even if people were fantasizing about them together it wouldn't be insulting.

Lots of posters have been joking about the bromance all season--in a good, fun way! No one has ever actually suggested anything more than good friends, nor was I. But I think everyone knows that.

Makes RL sense to me. Kinda bugs me though that they're allowed to risk being seen - and underscore the speculation that JP is F1, and possibly spoil their own ending, when other contestants are held to different standards. I guess it can't be helped in this Age of the Tweet.

If anybody thought it was anything other than a bromance, there would be all kinds of Brokeback jokes. Dino and Ben are buds and nothing else has ever been implied by anybody.

Yikes, I think I will be ducking out for a bit. What happened to all the fun we use to have here?? Glad I will be on vacation for a few days.

Nutty I think we share a brain...I was just thinking about the same a few days ago with the tragic happenings in Norway. Have a good vacay... I'm leaving in a few days too!
